All clients who book consultations or enroll in courses should show up promptly at time of session.
If you arrive more than 5 minutes late to your session or class, you will be considered a no show.
One no-show and you are discharged from all services at that time and any future services. These are licensed professionals that carry busy schedules and care about the work of their clients
You are allowed to be late 1 time during your time frame of the sessions. After that you are discharged
Fees and Payments: Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed.Fees are non-refundable once a session has occurred.Package purchases are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.Prices may change at any time; existing packages will be honored at the purchased rate.
Confidentiality- Conversations are treated as confidential. However, disclosure is required by law under certain circumstances. These include risk of harm to self or others. They also include abuse or neglect of a minor or vulnerable person. A court order or legal obligation is another circumstance. Life coaching is not protected by therapist-client privilege.
Respectful – All clients, students and coaches are to maintain a professional performance at all times. Any type of sexual, bullying or any disrespectful nature is 100% prohibited and you will be released from the class or consultation immediately and may not return.
